Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope. Most clients give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox. Every cleaner is background-checked, and we're fully insured and bonded.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring everything, including vacuums and microfiber. Our standard products are plant-based and pet-safe. If you prefer your own products, just leave them out.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area for free. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund the visit.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Anytime, from your account, with at least 48 hours' notice. No cancellation fees, no contracts.
